Dr. Chappell was great. The amount of time I waited between the nurse finishing her duties and the doctor coming into the room to see me, was probably a 25 to 30 minute wait. I would rather wait in the waiting room than spend all that time waiting on the doctor. Very frustrating. It felt like I had been forgotten.
