One of the best experiences with a doctor. I felt heard and cared for, and like I didn't need to fight for an answer. He was very helpful and kind.
We were extremely pleased with Dr Dowling and the staff in the Monroe office. The difficulty of reaching anyone for a follow up concern is unfortunate. I truly believe that being left on hold for 10 minutes and then having to wait until a message is sent to the doctor is excessive. Then the message wasn’t relayed correctly, or we totally misunderstood his direction for the water pill.
