She was good. It was the practice that was disappointing. It is oddly extra insulting when so much effort goes into creating a "spa-like" atmosphere in the waiting area, but they don't respect my time enough to tell me when I check in that the Dr. is running behind. Way behind! In total, I spent 2 hours there, for almost nothing. I couldn't even get my next imaging scheduled for 2 months past the 6 mo. mark.
